After moving the Outlook 2010 PST data file to a new directory location. Outlook was able to open the PST file in the new location without any errors. I was able to see the folders, browse messages, etc. But when doing a send/recieve I would get the following error message.
Receiving reported error (0x8004010F) : 'Outlook data file cannot be accessed.'
Sending reported error (0x8004010F) : 'Outlook data file cannot be accessed.'
Delete and recreate the Mail Profile. Before you start, note the User Account setting, because they'll be lost when the profile is deleted and new one is created. Make sure when creating the new profile you tell it to use your old PST data file at its new location.
